We accept merchandise for exchange or in-store credit within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition (including all boxes, packaging, warranties, and certificates) and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandise worn or damaged will not be accepted. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Layaway Policy

Article(s) placed on layaway will be held for a period of up to four (4) months from the date of the first deposit receipt. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment before the end of this period, the item(s) will be returned to stock. The original deposit and subsequent payments will be considered forfeited. We regret we cannot make refunds of layaway deposits after 30 days.

Special Orders

Special orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes any merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer’s request.
